Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with LoreEdit. If something is not right, please contact us through the Contact page on our website within 14 days of delivery.

Returns
We accept returns for unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition that you received them. For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewelry, items damaged by use, or items returned without approval may not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but eligible items may be returned under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom items, worn items, and items without original packaging are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
